Yeah, it was a documentary. Look up giving birth in africa, or african labor ward or something like that on youtube and it was on there. I'll grab a direct link later; it should be in my liked videos somewhere.

Don't worry.  Saying "black" isn't offensive or wrong since you are just describing physical characteristics.  In fact, it's more accurate then the term "African-American".
