It is clickbait. Even the tweet itself is just warning women to have some sort of medical assistance before having a homebirth. They're only discouraging un-assistant births.

There's probably quite a bit of truth to this, especially in America where the price to have a baby in the hospital can bankrupt you. Not joking.
