I think TS2 has the best gameplay, but it definitely feels dated at times.

People like TS3 for the open world, but without mods, it has the smallest pregnant bellies by far. I'm talking ready to pop, but looking like they just held in a fart levels of small.

TS4 is a good compromise. It's not the best version of the game, but the art is good, and the bellies are hoog by default. EA butchered it before release because it was supposed to be an online game like SimCity and they got cold feet from the bad release.

Ditto - TS2 was superior to TS3 except for open world. The downside to TS2 is that you couldn't pick maternity wear (unless mods), but the plus side was that pregnant townies never gave birth. I distinctly remember once playing a single male Sim with the romance aspiration and all of his lovers were constantly pregnant ... Oh the old times lol

TS4 has the best looking pregnancies by far. The bellies are giant on their own, but you can modify your Sim's body proportions to get even bigger (extended stomach, bigger breasts, etc.). Plus, they can wear any piece of clothing you put them in. Tons of mods allow you to control pregnancy settings to however you want, the most necessary mod in my kit being MC Command Center. Adding the WickedWhims mod then makes the game basically a giant sex simulator!

I used to do the same thing all the time. Mary-Sue Pleasant was my go-to.

For TS4, there's also some accessories that can help. Stretchmarks, breast physics, or my personal favorite, an outie bellybutton accessory that works for all outfits. I toss that shit on everything.

I need to figure out how to alter the placement, because it works great for some skintones, but not others.
