Currently the Steam release is set for February, 20 USA time. The game should have been updated with my improved translation along with some other minor tweaks.

The code for the bigger belly mod is already integrated into the game, you just need to replace the .png files with the one from the mod. A few other mods can be found in these pregchan threads.
