I thought I would share my 3d character named Haley.  I have been posting her photos over on DA, but I wasn't sure if you all got over there to see her.

Here's the story:

Haley loved having a huge pregnant belly.  That is why she insisted on carrying her triplets to 44 weeks, as that was the longest the doctors felt was healthy for her and the babies in her womb.   When the babies eventually had to come out, she had a cesarean section performed.  The babies were born in excellent health, and they have been sent home to their loving surrogate parents.  But as the babies were removed from her uterus, Haley had an experimental procedure done that replaced each of them with an expandable sack of silicon.  Now she can keep her hugely pregnant figure that she loves for as long as she wants!  The other cool thing is now she can even expand herself at will by adding extra silicon to either one (or all three) of the expandable sacks.  She will, however, have to wait until she fully heals before she can inject any more silicon to expand her belly.  So don't let that sexy smolder of an expression fool you, because other than being a little sore, she is extremely happy with her body and can't wait to make her belly even bigger!

(PS- I hope no one is grossed out by the incision scar!  I personally find it kind of sexy for some odd reason!)

Haley decided to play along with her big C-section scar and some red body paint to make a really gory scene.  All in good fun, hopefully nobody gets too grossed out over it!  She will be healed up in no time!  She just delivered three healthy but way overdue babies a week ago, then had three sacks of silicone implants put into their place in her uterus so she can have a pregnant belly indefinitely.

44 weeks with triplets??? Woah ... that's hot just reading it and imagining the various hot outfits during her 4 weeks overdue ... but i would say Haley looks excellent ...

Haley is healing up nicely after her experimental procedure.  She recently gave birth to triplets, but then after the babies were born via c-section, she had three 6000cc silicone implants installed in their place in her womb.  In a few weeks, if all goes well, she has the option to expand her implants by injecting more silicone into them.  Her c-section incision scar is mostly healed and her doctor gave her permission to start working out again.  She wants to get her strength back, as her huge silicone filled belly is already very heavy and she knows she will need to have strong legs and core if she decides to go bigger.

Haley's Current Dimensions:
Height- 5'7" (170cm)
Bust-42.5" (108cm)
Waist- 58.6" (149cm)
Belly Implants- 3x 6,000cc=18,000cc total
Weight of Belly Implants- Approx. 43lbs (19.5kg)

Okay, so obviously not everyone gets over on DA to see my work.  I wasn't sure if you guys would have already seen this, so I hesitated posting.  I have a lot more of her to come, plus a lot from when she was pregnant prior to getting these implants.  She was just as big at 44 weeks as she is here.  Although currently she is even bigger because, she had the implants inflated once already (those renders to come here soon).

"Here you go guys, this proves I am truly an inflatable babe!  I went for the first fill of my silicone belly implants yesterday.  I was really hoping to inflate each of the three silicone implants in my uterus from 6,000cc to 10,000cc.  Unfortunately, the doctors found it was taking too much pressure to inject the silicone near the end of the procedure.  They were literally afraid I was going to pop!  [Haley giggles causing her belly and boobs to bounce]  This belly implant is a new procedure, so we don't want to go too far too fast.  So, we had to stop with 9,400cc in each belly implant.  Since we had 1,800cc of silicone left, I had them put an extra 900cc in each of my boobs!  This was not a bad trade off, I think it gives me nicer proportions anyway.  What do you think?  [Haley giggles again and cups her hands around her huge boobs as she squeezes them together]  Anyway, let me know if you like!  I'm not sure how much bigger I want to go.  I am already finding it hard to get around, as there is over 70lbs of silicone in me now between my belly and boobs.  I don't want to get so big I can't get around and perform, uh, other activities, if you know what I mean!  Maybe I just have to get used to the size?  I had me heart set in getting as big around as I am tall, so my tummy only needs to grow 7" more to get there!
