If she's 26 weeks now, then that puts conception in late August or early September.  It's documented in this thread that she gave birth on August 2, so we're talking 4-6 weeks max between birth and conception.  Most women have not even resumed ovulating by that point.

That's not just unlikely, it's extraordinarily unlikely.
