You said it, fuck that dude. He is going to cause trouble for himself down the road. Hopefully with none of us being anywhere linked to him.

as long as people keep posting his videos here, then we're inextricably linked to his creepy ass. he's a walking, talking candids section.

i tried watching that video (the second of his i've ever attempted to), and his voice sickens me.

If you guys/girls don't like to watch these type of things, then don't watch it..sooo easy... then again, the internet is an awesome place to vent and explain why you are for or against someone...so go for it if you feel this will make you feel good about life Smile
Me, on the other hand, keep watching his videos and enjoying every single one of them, the bigger the better and especially when the footage is long and extensive.

I agree. We should actively distance ourselves from him.

It most likely is, due to the Candid section. Some might say the Candid section is worse.

I'm a woman. I'm also a mom. If somebody approached me like this -- especially when I was with my kids -- I'd want to run away screaming, shared interest or not. But I might not do it, because I'd be afraid of what would happen next.

Funny thing is sharing ANY preggo content is probably creepy to a point, whether you candidly captured the footage/picture, asked permission for it, or linked to a girl who posted it herself. Granted, the woman publically posting it opened herself up to anyone viewing it on something like YouTube, but she probably did NOT consent to a fetish site sharing it. No one goes hard on that one though.

I'm not defending this guy because holy hell is it creepy but just saying anyone who is posting stuff they find online is being creepy to an extent. Let's not all get high and mighty here.

I think the line is easy. If something is shared online, you essentially lose the right to it. An instagram picture is copyrighted, but it can be shared thousands of times in private; the person doesn't know and it almost never hurts anyone. If someone discovers their work and wants to assert copyright, they can do it on the DMCA page here.

As for candids, the law in the United States is clear: if you can see it in public, you can photograph it. You lose any expectation of privacy by leaving the house. If someone takes a picture of me in a store, I probably don't know. (If it's happened, I've never noticed.) And if I don't know, I don't care. Not everyone feels the same, but the law is clear-cut. And a picture of me fully clothed in a checkout line is a lot different than, say, upskirt shots, which are assault.

Engaging a stranger with video rolling is different. That's harassment territory. I know Preggohero has filmed very willing women, too. I think one sat on a bench and talked about her pregnancy for a good ten minutes while he crouched in front of her. Maybe she was just happy, maybe she was paid. I don't know. But I know how I'd feel, and consent doesn't always imply enthusiasm. It's best not to go there.

An IG pic copyrighted? Only if ur a famous person, or if the pic or vid belongs to a company or TV or music company. So unless ur famous: nope.

What people don't get about social media is: EVERYTHING you upload WILL be used and downloaded by someone and no one can stop it from happening. Once you post something, don't bitch if it is on another page or site. Inhate when moms on IG bitch like "they stole my pic". Once your video or pic is uploaded, anyone (say me or you) can put it online on any profile an say we are in those vids or picd an there is nothing you can do about it. The cops aren't gunna waste their time with people who pretend.

So their only option is "post at your own risk." And even though sites don't say it: they are not responsible for people using your crap. It is like parking structures and lots that say "We are not responsible for your vehicle getting damaged lost or stolen.

Yeah this dude is odd but the woman is not famous, or psrt of anything on TV. Just a regular woman. Its not like the guy filmed a woman from a TV show. If he did that he couldn't put it up because it would tarnish the shows rep. But: people need to get used to knowing that whatever you post will be used and downloaded. Get over it. This is the norm. Either tet used to it or dont post.

100% not true. Copyright is implicit. When you create something, you own the copyright regardless of whether it's registered with the government. IG's user agreement (for example) specifically says users do not forfeit their copyright.

This is why news organizations ask permission to use social media photos of breaking news events.
