I used to have the same issue with boobs when I was a pre-teen.  I loved women in bikinis and wanted to see what was under there, but then I would be kind of grossed out seeing women's nipples.  I wanted women to have smooth breasts without nipples --- like what sometimes happened in at least one anime I watched.  (I think there must have been a nude scene in the anime and they edited it by editing out the nipples, so the women had perfectly smooth, flesh-colored breasts...  Then that was what I wanted real women to look like.  If I remember correctly, this was how Toonami dealt with Tenchi Muyo... Blast from the past!)  That meant I would like seeing a ton of side boob, or something like the Demi Moore Vanity Fair cover where the nipples are out of view, more than seeing naked breasts.  What changed that, I think partly, is I learned as I got older that some women (i.e. with non-saggy breasts --- shout out to Kurvy Kitty...) actually do look better with the bra off.
