Note that you have to allow ads in your browser. Which is fine for me, they're not super intrusive and it's how perchance.org pays for the leased time on the GPU farm that is generating the images on the backend.

Sometimes not quite as fast as sexy.ai, once in a while I do get queued beyond recognition and have to retry, but it is also free, will generate nsfw images (though explicit porn is difficult) and it definitely does faces a ton better. Pregnancy also gets a bit tricky at times, it's kinda easy for your prompts to blow up and then you have 3 arms and no legs and fingers sticking out of bellybuttons, but if you back off the multipliers and doubled keywords it generally comes out ok.
ETA:One other thing I noticed is that perchance accepts "ors" in the prompts - {This|that|the other thing} - it will pick one thing out of the brackets for each image separately, so if I did {blonde|brunette|red} hair as a prompt, each of the generated images (3, 6, or 9) will randomly pick one of the three when generating, which is something sexy.ai and a few other online AIs I've tried don't seem to do.

I have been using this AI generator a lot. It takes a bit of intuition. You need to be very specific sometimes with what you're asking. For example asking something like

Because it's free, there's no limit to how much you can make. So experiment. A lot
