I've been playing Fetish Master lately. It has nice pregnancy content in it. So, I thought, maybe some of you know other fetish games that contain pregnancy in it?

Ive never played. How do you play?

There is Haremase Simulator, A game about a world where war broke out and now there are like less men in the world then women (I think the count is like 100,000 women to one man) and the population is still very low, you play pretty much a guy who goes around impregnating women as well as building a harem of loyal lovers. Some girls do have pregnancy scenes. (very few are animated though, so it's all stills) But it's a fun game, it's a hobby project by the group so updates are maybe once a year.
