Some time ago, I took a trip to Japan. One of the reasons I was excited to go there was because I was pretty familiar with pregnant JAV, and I thought it would be cool to be in that country in person. Well, I didn't experience anything close to pregnant JAV (non pregnant though, that's another story...), but I did spot some pregnant women (the tag makes it especially easy, and removes any doubt), and thought I needed to get some candids. The majority were with my phone of a woman on the train, who looked like she was in her third trimester. I like to think that whenever a pregnant woman touches/rubs her belly, it's because she can feel the baby moving/kicking.
The two bonuses were just on the street taken with my camera. Pretty sure one of them is not Japanese.

It's much of the rest of the country that really struggles with catastrophically persistent low birthrate.
Just a hat tip, some certain neighborhoods are actually awash with preggo, most notably Suitengumae/Ningyocho area (near Tokyo City Airport Terminal bus station).
I'm familiar with the area and I think it's because of the presence of Suitengu Shrine in the vicinity, where many preggo pray for safe delivery (as well as place for rite of passage for newborns).
The place tends to see more preggo during weekends, so better check that out if you're in or around Tokyo.
