Of course, there should be turmoil and strife in that situation. No one wants something forced onto, or into, them without consent. I love the character development and struggle associated with the corruption theme. In the story I am writing I have two characters that are actively fighting the changes and situations they are in, while other characters with weaker wills can't resist the temptation. I hope you don't think I was calling you out, I genuinely just wanted to know your views on the matter, your views are as valid as anyone else's.
I am not sure if it is because it is hard to write the subject matter in such a way as much as it isn't what the majority of readers want. From my experience reading through stories and requests over the years people want the protagonist to become a "drooling slut" with nothing on their mind except their next dose of cum or sex. "The customer is always right" has made it so that erotic writers just default to sluttification because, for most people just wanting to get their rocks off, reading something that makes you feel bad or has their fetish shown in a bad light dampens the mood. This is why I put a disclaimer in my story saying it isn't going to be for everyone because I plan to make it as real as I can while keeping the story fun and engaging. I don't usually use porn, erotic stories, and pictures for my sexual release but when I do I am also disappointed because so many stories take the same route to the end. Also, story length can deter some people from reading. Many people also want shorter stories, or chapters, that gets straight to business. Many don't have the time or want to spend the time, reading paragraphs of exposition that are not "Haha dick inside the mouth, dick inside the pussy."
And yes! I love the scenes from Alien 3 (I think) and Promotheseis. They are trying everything they can to get the alien out. Those are the only examples I was thinking when I first read the request. Ripley knew she was going to have to kill it, or herself, and we saw that in her actions throughout the movie reflect this conflict. And the same for Promotheseis! I would imagine most people with that technology would absolute default to that. But those examples the protagonists are impregnated by a creature that isn't keeping them captive or conditioning them to be used over and over again.
It is a hard line to ride for sure and one I hope to be able to successfully depict in my story. I am starting to regret progressing the story as much as I did. I don't know if I really developed Cithria and Quelana as much as I would have liked before their changes. A result of me not wanting the story to feel slow even though it would probably have been better because of it. Oh well, live and learn. I am sure when I start my next story it will be better then my first!
