There's a standup special called Ali Wong: Baby Cobra on Netflix. She does her entire set while 7 months pregnant.

Watched it this morning, not particularly entertaining (although I'm p sure I'm not the target demographic). Y'all should consider skipping through to find her physical comedy scenes (which are good, but mightily enhanced by the presence of a belly).
