But you have to love YouTube’s logic, can’t show raw unedited videos of Labor/Births something That a lot of people view as a beautiful and natural aspect of humanity but channels can upload horrible graphic videos of tragedies people suffer in third world countries, or Sporting videos with graphic injuries etc.

I think theres more to it also, the amount of creeps that would post creepy comments in the Women’s comment sections couldn’t have helped.

I might be out of the loop on how the newer and more strict guidelines affect birth vids. Now for me, if I want to see women pushing babies out with vagina (and sometimes tits and ass) exposed, I just search up "uncensored birth" on YouTube and I could still find something worth watching, whether it's old or new. Now I'm sure those who upload have to make it out like it's an educational video of some sorts so that they can get it posted, but I'm just a spectator who may or may not have a clue what it's like behind the scenes. With that being said, I'm of the perspective that you gotta filter out serious content creators and daily life vloggers who just don't want to expose themselves like that or probably are too big to do such a thing since there's many of those kind of YouTubers out there.

If anyone is interested, the best one of I’ve seen are from Jessfam, she did two home births and they weren’t edite with music or anything.

Her vlogs are literally the epitome of a pregnancy channel. She’ll be a classic in my mind forever. She isn’t my number one out of vloggers, but she’s in the top three for sure.

(April 30, 2021, 1:18 pm)LTKNT101 YouTube is not the place for edgy content anymore. It used to be that graphic birth vids were allowed under the “educational” purposes loop hole.

There are still graphic birth vids on YouTube. It certainly seems like it is still allowed under the rules of the site. (Monetization is a different issue.)  Many of the old vids are still there, and new (graphic) videos are posted regularly (maybe once a year).

My impression going back to around 2016 or so is it got harder to find a lot of the "best" vids and the top searches were rather sanitized and wholesome.  If you search "homebirth" on YT, you get a lot of newer content these past few years and the best old content (e.g. Jessfam mentioned already) is a lot harder to find if you don't know where to look.  I don't know if that was intentional on YT's part, but I definitely noticed it.

But yes, I'm disappointed.  On the other hand, eventually people were going to figure out that posting such vids isn't a great idea to start with; and YT doesn't want to be thought of as "the place pervs go to watch [insert "creepy stuff" here] vids."

My wifes OB had us watch one from brookside press.  The camera is  point blank on the vagina the whole time
