Is there anyway to bypass this. Using the word “pregnant” alone now seems to trigger this for me

I've found "Third Trimester Maternity" works to get around that

Yup I really have no problem to generate new pics of pregnant women

The only problem is that just "pregnant" and nothing more is "too short", so yeah you should just add more words to have something good enough
