Try to think of the fetish as a minor hobby and indulge only when you have time / set maybe 30 minutes a day/2nd day/2-3 times a week where you do something with the hobby. As for finding a girlfirend, stop actively looking. I found mine (now wife and mother of my son) after I actively stopped looking. Go out and do activities that you enjoy and meet like minded people. The girls you are asking out do not fit your world. Be happy that they are saying no, saves you heartache down the road.
