One mildly SF fantasy I've entertained is the idea of a polymorphously perverse pregnant woman for whom her belly becomes a giant erogenous zone -- as sensitive, say, as a nipple or clitoris, so that merely rubbing or licking it could send her to orgasm. The larger she gets, the stronger the pleasure. Has anyone had similar thoughts? Surely someone's written a story, sometime, somewhere.
