both are nice if they look relatively realistic IMO, though it's easier (and probably cheaper) to pull off but just stuffing things under your clothes.

not to sound pretentious or weird, but a word of advice from someone who's been watching these kinds of videos for years... go for the sweet middle ground of "huge belly" and "realistic". just barely believable. those are the best

I'll take option number three. Which to me is both. I don't have a specific favorite thing with a normal pregnant belly minus me wanting to touch it and feeling it. I like the idea of a fake pregnant belly because it gives you the illusion/feeling of being pregnant. I've learned that making a pregnant belly out of a water balloon is good because you get to feel the weight of what a normal pregnant belly is like. (It's also on the cheaper side of things.) A silicone belly itself is harder to get because of how much it cost and there is no medium price to buy the pregnant belly you want.

I say you should go with a water balloon belly underneath some clothes because this is the only cheap/workable type of pregnant belly you can do. I even know a guy who knows how to create fake pregnant bellies in the form of water balloons. The method really works and you might have to skip a step that he uses because you have what he doesn't, which he then uses smaller water balloons to make up for what he's missing.

I think, at least for me, if you're gonna go the fake belly route then it has to look somewhat believable. A balloon or pillow wouldn't cut it because they look obviously fake.

For a cheaper way to go, I once knew of someone (from the EM days maybe?) who filled a beach ball with water and wore it inside of a one-piece swimsuit. The swimsuit kept it in a relatively round shape and kept it from moving too much. She then used a belt at the top of her belly to keep her boobs from disappearing, since the swimsuit would otherwise get pulled away from her body. Then she would wear clothes on top of the swimsuit.

That's a morph of her really pregnant, but holy shit! I never knew she made that.

I can definitely enjoy a fake belly. A well done silicone one even more.
It's a bit of a letdown compared to real pregnancies that most fake belly videos can't show of the belly itself, for obvious reasons.

Don't go over the top though, an over size fake belly is pushing the limits a bit.

Personally, if the belly is fake I like it under clothing. Especially if it's under like a short dress or something. Something like this.

To some degree, I kind of prefer fake bellies to real ones just because they last longer. lol
