Actually I do lean them back at the upper abdomen and chest (I like their back to be heavily arched).  I may try to do it more, but it does look a little goofy if I lean them back too far.

Mix of both is great tbh, do whatever you feel like but I especially enjoy seeing the same girl both at a realistic size and unrealistically huge

Yeah, I dig the arched backs too! I'm not trying to tell you what to do, you should do what you enjoy of course. But for me it really sells the illusion if it's balanced right. It's actually one of my problems with morphs that get really huge, because my brain just sees it and thinks that belly must be full of air because she is still standing upright as if she has no belly at all, if you know what I mean.

For example, look at the image below. I've drawn a vertical line through her pelvis joint and you can see it goes from her foot to her head. See how much mass is on the left side of the line compared to the right side? The belly must be full of air or she would fall on her face lol! The green line is just an approximation of maybe where her head should be in relation to her pelvis. This has the added benefit of bringing the belly upwards and outwards as she leans back. IRL you see twinners leaned back as they walk to balance the weight, and in some cases they have backs arched so much they are almost folded backwards! Another thing you can do to sell the illusion is place her feet a slight bit more forward from her pelvis so that her center of gravity is directly above her feet on the ground.

Again, I absolutely love your models and you should totally do what you want with them. I look forward to seeing more of your work!

I would love to do some animations with a girl rubbing her huge pregnant belly and boobs, but I don't know how to do it without posing each frame manually. That would take way too much time and probably never come out that great.

What do you mean by a "glowing occupant" and "light adornment"?  I'm open to try some new things with 3d art, but not sure what you mean.

Do you think you could do something where a girl starts flat and expands gradually to the size of the biggest girl you made while walking or dancing?

One where the beings in her womb glow and make her belly glow.
The more inside, the more she illuminates, like a "living lantern" or
"fertile sphere" (she's got that "GraVid GlOw"). Is she a "GlOwing Goddess"?

With the lights low, her belly beams with fertility...
Alternately, drawings, symbols, runes or patterns on her belly glow as if under
ultraviolet light, symbolizing a very strange pregnancy...

A single large creature would also glow brightly, causing the girl much pleasure.
just some ideas. Maybe a few lights moving around in her overloaded belly, maybe wherever
its touched, lighted microbes span away like bioluminescent blooms. Whatever makes her
(look/feel) special.

Perhaps she dances for us and shows this off. I'd love to see that
