The frustrating thing I find when using AI to make this type of preggo art is the results may vary aspect. You basically input prompts and hope you get want you wanted. Nothing worse than waiting ten minutes for the generating cycle to complete only to get a deformed looking belly with two navels and disembodied hands stuck to it. You can get far better results doing morphs the old fashioned way however if you have the patience to deal with AI it can produce some good stuff.
