I’ve had a few over the years share or at least indulge in my kink. All three of these ladies did full pregnancy role plays, from conception to the end!
Sadly these are all former partners. Time has a funny way of causing drift. Maybe soon I'd find another partner who shares in my kink!

Yes i done some "sessions" with my ex-girlfriend. She was skinny but her belly always looked like she was 4-5 months preggo ("its pizza, not baby"). So everytime we've done it, i rubbed her belly while having sex, and she says that "its good for the baby" or "i'm already so pregnant"....her belly was nice round and looked good in a thin top or shirt....

I don't know if she has the kink per se, but she loves/loved being pregnant. She loved the way she looked and felt. After we are done having kids of our own she plans to try to be a surrogate. A-OK in my book!
