When looking at pics just now, many Were of the woman and her husband, with his face covered. I personally found it a bit distracting. Would anyone else prefer people just crop the other person out of pics?

Not at all. I come for the belly, not the husband's face.

Cropping is best, yes. Blurring is alright when that's not an option, though. Both are better than leaving other humans in the photo! (Though I make an exception for additional attractive women, but that's just my personal preference.)

There is that one guy who is attracted to men in pregnancy photos

It's not something which personally bothers me. I don't have an interest in seeing a man's face in pregnancy pictures and I'd rather not see them at all.

I don't really mind if the woman's face is blurred out either, although I find that a shame. At the end of the day if that what she wants or what the photographer wants for added privacy - I'm absolutely fine with it. It's what happening to her mid-section is what appeals to me the most.

It's all personal preference...!
