Right now I have a town I started with just a Sim of myself, and 50 randomly-generated women. Now the town has dozens of babies (all mine) and if I look out on the neighborhood at any time, there are loads of big bellied women I knocked up just waddling around the streets waiting to pop. I had a house party where I invited 15 women who were full-term with my brood, and quite a few were just standing around clutching their bellies with labor pains. I really get off role playing that's a bunch of women I knocked up.

The Sims can be used for other similar stuff, like making Sims of your gf/crush/friends and getting them pregnant, male pregnancy is also now possible in 4 without mods since the trans patch.

Just curious if anyone here does this, or if you think it's too weird?

Sure have, never got to see The Sims 4 version of my (then) girlfriend give birth though.

I made a girl get another girl pregnant with a mod in The Sims 3, when they were both teenagers. Best thing though? I extended the pregnancy from 3 days to 30.
Oh, and her 60+ mother got pregnant too by a guy more than half her age.

So when I first got TS4, I of course created myself, and while out and about I found someone who resembles one of my real life crushes! Teen, nerdy, dyed hair, nickname "Yuki". Of course we got off great (in the game) and one night, we did some WooHoo... then, the next morning, she woke up puking in the bathroom. We never "Tried for Baby", only normal WooHoo. I thought it was the mod I had (since teens can't WooHoo in vanilla) but no, I just so happened to have downloaded a version of TS4 which was acknowledged to have its WooHoo algorithms... turned up a few notches! It was amazing lol. Essentially like breaking a condom without trying to sabotage it. Another time, a cute girl walks up to my house in a Flirty mood, just out of nowhere, and she goes home knocked up (ofc!). I've got a couple dozen girls in my harem at the moment . Oh, and I never Try For Baby, just regular! xD. The probability for my sim to get another pregnant is >= 20%.

I love that tingly feeling I get when a girl I just fucked rushes to go puke.
