You are absolutely right about that, the only celebrities these days that want to have their pregnancies captured by paparazzi are Z list celebrities like Imogen Thomas. I think the only thing we can looking forward to is movie premieres, where pregnant actresses have to make an appearance. I would also like to add Lena Headey to the list.
