Sites like Bing don't allow pain as a prompt word.  If you can generate them having labor pains at all, I suspect that's what they are asking for.     Not necessarily in a hospital either.

Yeah I see.
I mean, it's not completely impossible to get a girl grimacing and writhing in pain with Adobe Firefly by cheating with the words used, I got some that I will post later, but yeah as it's not really allowed it's hard to get a pic of a girl really in labor pain.
