That is a dope billboard. Its a real shame not seeing preggo NPCs walking the streets. But I get it. In a game with crime related hazards where people can be shot or run over (i.e. Grand Theft Auto), putting pregnant characters in harms way would've flagged the game in a serious controversial light. Its a damn shame, but, the modding community is a thing. So we'll see where this goes.

@commonlyknownas , there are roaming kids in some areas and I assume, like in Skyrim and Fallout, that they are immune to any kind of damage. So, I’d say as long as modders make the preggos immortal then I’ll endorse them lol.

Ps has anyone looked into The Medium due to release January? Apprantly you play as expecting character in a sort of silent hill setting should be interesting. (Think they maybe going for the pregnant in peril thing in generic horror films)

I looked at it, and it doesn't look anything worthwhile outside of a cutscene or two. The character didn't look pregnant at all during the gameplay I saw.

Welp, I won the fight. But at what cost.

Felt kinda bad. I took his ride, and her way of getting home. Wish their was a dialog option to drive 'em there. Or at least drive her home.

I hope they don't despawn from that location so I can go back there. Really hoping she's not the only preggo chick in the whole game.

Got a sweet ride though.

                   

After the fight, they both dissapear from that area.

(December 15, 2020, 2:03 am)commonlyknownas So ever since the trailer featured a pregnant woman from what appeared to be the outskirts of Night City, I've stumbled upon a sidequest featuring this lovely lady, to my surprise.

Now, videogames haven't been great in portraying any pregnant women except the Sims because, well, its the Sims. But after finding this, I believe CD Projekt Red implemented them as regular NPCs, so now I'm walking the streets of Night City hoping to find more gems like this one.

Sidequest was a string of fistfight competitions in various districts. Some hotshot in a place called The Glen has been throwing his money (eddies) away on gambling rings and whatnot. His very pregnant girl is none too happy about that; requests you knock his teeth in (a shame you don't get a chance to bang her yourself).

Reward for winning this fight is the dude's car: gold trimmed luxury vehicle, like a six-wheeled Cadillac.

Please ignore my badly dressed character. RPG systems with finding loot are not always....consistent.
