I recommend the old strategy: if you find a pregnant streamer, keep it secret, hoard as much content as you can, and then only share that content when the pregnancy itself is well over and done with.

Don't excuse yourself that deeply, just let it be. She's not the only pregnant woman on this planet and there will more after her.
But actions have consequences and if you were the reason for her breakdown, rest assured that you weren't the build up leading to that moment. 
So it's all good, we just need to be careful with the sharing of direct links, especially while they are still pregnant.
