It opens up the Seduction option, which can lead to many beneficial buffs/traits to a character. And by seducing women, there’s a chance when both partners have a “tumble” that the female gets pregnant. Of course, that’s in a heterosexual coupling, but it checks the fertility percentages of both. The higher the percentages, the greater chance for pregnancies. Are there any moving images in this game? Or is everything shown in stills?
Stuff like this can happen in the base game though through specific events.
No animated event stills. I’m not exactly sure how pregnancy will be portrayed in CKIII though. There will be animated portraits and characters in it, but I doubt they’ll put much emphasis on pregnancy. It’s a medieval-politics strategy game after all. Most is devoted to roleplaying features and realism. The most recent “flavor” events added to CKII for pregnancy came with the Holy Fury DLC, among other new additions that enhanced the game without mods installed. Just that one shot of a pregnant woman in the pregnancy announcement event.
I play the game primarily for the GoT mod or just screwing around in our history, making dynasties that would’ve changed much in the world.
If you want this game purely from the preggophile view, I wouldn’t spend your money on it. I love RPGs and grand strategy games, so the little amounts of pregnancy content are an added perk to it.
