Today is her last workday for the next while.  She is due any day now, and in the team zoom call she got on camera (we usually all have it off) and showed us her belly and all.

Damn... it was amazing but idk I always have a mix of emotions.

On one hand it's awesome and I'm excited in all sense of the word.  But irl this is such a difficult fetish to share with people, especially as a man too.  Female coworker or friends can act super excited and happy, but if I do the same I'd definitely get some strange stares.

I don't know of anyone in my friend, work or other hangout circles that share this kind of thing with me, and even if there were any, most likely we'll never know. 

This site is my only bastion. :/

I have a similar thing

A co-worker is currenlty pregnant, and I sit near a team who are all women. Whenever the co-worker walks past they all talk about her pregnancy, say how big she's growing etc and she's always happy to talk about it to them

There is a line, but you have to know where it is. As long as the two of you are more than just acquaintances at work, then it can be perfectly normal to talk to her about her pregnancy. "Work friends" can show genuine interest in the goings-on of each other's lives, and most of the pregnant coworkers I've had were pleased to have someone talk to them about it in more than just a superficial way. A couple of them even knew about, or figured out, my fetish and weren't bothered by it.

Just avoid these pitfalls:

1. Don't make unsolicited comments about her body
2. Don't ask inappropriate personal questions
3. Don't make her pregnancy the only thing you talk to her about
4. Don't be fucking weird

Casually bring it up in conversation and follow her lead. If she wants to talk to you about it, she'll talk to you about it. If not, she will look for the nearest offramp from the topic and you'll know not to bring it up again.
