I've only seen one pregnant person during my time at college during the summer. She was older (mid to late 20s?) and I wouldn't have guessed she was pregnant until she told the professor she would have to miss a quiz because she was pregnant.

Everyone at my college seemed pretty sexless, despite the even gender ratio. I chalk most of that up to their upbringings (a lot of them came from Muslim families)
