There are three types of twins. The two others are shared sac but seperate placentas, and both shared sac and placenta.

Di di? Feunski is right with the description, but the significance is that di-di twins usually are usually carried longer and more safely than the others (higher chance of reaching 38 weeks) and are bigger as a result of separate amniotic sacs and placentas. Least risky most reward-y.
Also from a fetish/conceptual standpoint, if they resulted from a double egg release, which is the most likely case with di-di twins, it means the mom is just fucking that fertile. "I guess in addition to being talented, hot, revered by the public/YouTube, and rich, I'm also biologically fit and fertile enough that my body made me pregnant with twins without even trying. Whoops, haha. Sorry to all the moms who struggle to conceive  "
