Oh my god, I haven't seen this since childhood. It definitely left an impression on me, although I already had a fetish at that point. I don't think I ever found out exactly what show it was but I knew it was one of those '90s drama series with a city in the title. I knew when you posted the thread that it was the one, and as soon as I saw the first shot took place in a bathroom.
