The new FBI episode "The Lives of Others" has a nice fake belly scene of a woman in a blue outfit.
The show "In The Club" has some great fake belly scenes. I need to watch those episodes an get some scrne edit videos made.

No, maybe I didn't explain it well, Ana said that many scenes of her character's pregnancy were filmed, Unfortunately most were cut.

...Although her bare belly in the photos above seems very real.

There was a fake birth in the wedding day episode of All Rise. A white bride (big boobs) was laying on the floor during birth. The moans were hot too.
