The actress isn't active on her IG anymore so idk if she ever had kids. It is a good quality fake & fake birth. Fake babies are switched out for real babies in shows & movies. The YT short free series is called "Threadbare". As far as I know there has never been any real birth in any non reality series or movie.

But is the birth real? I doubt she would've wanted her birth to be like that & on a online miniseries. The belly is real but I bet the birth was fake & her real birth is probably hidden/private.
