No one appears to be impressed.

This was released as a joke to signify that "ghost" Kylo impregnated her, trying to give everyone a hint that the newest movies will be a joke. This was not actually released by Disney or by any leaks.

Black Bags, a movie with Olesya Rulin in a fake belly as a pregnant woman - filmed a few months before she actually got pregnant - has just released on Apple TV in America. Anyone got screenshots or videos? No idea if she has a birth scene or not.

Watched a few interviews regarding the show, and while neither of Rachel weisz’s characters become that immensely pregnant, they are performing the c-section on a quadruplet mother.

I'd say the best bare belly scene comes in Episode 3, where we get an extended take of a pregnant woman on the floor writhing in pain. Rachel Weisz's Beverly advises her on how to perform an ultrasound by herself as the camera continually closes in as she applies gel onto her belly and then places the doppler on there where she moves it around on there afterwards normally fine.
