No, there isn't.

if you're using vpn to connect to these sites then sometimes it will fail to load for safety reasons (will work on 99.9% of the vpns). Other than that reason i refuse to believe that it does not work because i use it almost everyday to download things from various hosting sites (whether its porn or movie or whatever). Then again I don't know what your definition of "not working" is.
