When the word "job" is attached to a sex act, it implies that the person is doing something or taking action. In all three cases, the girl is the one doing something to the guy. She's the one taking action.

In the case of a "bumpjob" however, the girl is pretty much just lying down on her back, while the guy is thrusting or rubbing his dick on her belly. Shouldn't a more accurate term for this be "bellyfuck?" It's similar to a titfuck wherein the guy rubs his dick in between the girl's breasts. In both cases, the girl pretty much just lies down on her back while the guy takes action. Why is the former a "job" and the latter a "fuck" when the action is pretty much the same in both cases and is done by the guy?

Because a bumpjob isn't limited to just one position. I've seen more cases of a bumpjob where the girl is sitting up and is rubbing the dick on the her belly while the guy does nothing. It's no different than if a girl is giving a blowjob while on her back.

Because in order to be classified as a “fuck” the dick must enter or penetrate a space on the woman’s body. Going in between the breasts qualifies to be a fuck because the dick is entering the space created by the woman bringing her breasts together. 

A guy rubbing his dick against a pregnant belly is not a fuck because the dick does not enter a space. A belly fuck would be inserting the dick into the belly button area if it was deep enough, or if two pregnant women brought their bellies close together and the guy put his dick in between them. 

Simply rubbing the dick agains one pregnant belly is a “job” because the man is using the belly as a mastrubation tool much like using a woman’s hand to rub out a nut.

What about a tittyfuck?

However, in the case of a handjob, it could be called a hand fuck because the dick enters the space created by the hand’s grip. Also, a blow job could be called a face fuck. I think using job vs. fuck is based on whatever best describes the sex act.
