Its Season 3, Episode 23. She wears that dress for the whole episode and even lifts her belly with both hands at one point. Its pretty great.

Its her real belly. For almost the entire season they hid it by having sit behind a desk most of the time, but toward the end...she was just too massive. So they sent her character to go undercover at a prison, wearing a fake belly. (To be clear, in universe, it was a fake belly. In real life, it was super real).
