How would you describe the nuance in these 2 attitudes toward body hair:

"I LIKE being hairy" (has never shaved any of her body hair)

"I DON'T MIND being hairy" (only shaves when her legs and pits would be exposed, leaves bush perpetually natural)

I find pit hair on either a man or woman disgusting.  I shave my legs and chest.  My wife  naturally has very little body hair.

I prefer as little body hair as possible on everyone. I've traditionally had quite a bit myself but it seems that every few years, I pick a new spot of my own to start shaving. Pretty soon I'll probably have none left!

Perhaps I'm in the minority, but I don't mind a bit of body hair on a woman. It's something people naturally have and I am not disgusted by it. If there is some, good. If not, that's fine too. I personally don't shave anything other than my face, though I usually have some facial hair.

It’s definitely not my speed. I had a girlfriend for a while who didn’t shave anything, but after much talking and her getting comfortable with me she started going full bald everywhere but her head because she said it made her feel more feminine. I don’t even mind bushes but that was fine by me.

I think the difference between the two you said is more-of personal values vs convenience. In the first case, she isn’t shaving because she believes that it’s naturally beautiful/a woman’s right/etc to be hairy. In the second, it seems like she’s doing it more just because it’s a lot of work to maintain a full body shave.
