At any given time, whenever you open #pregnant in chaturbate there will be many streamers using the tag just to boost their views, leading to women who don’t fit the bill of this site to be showcased “front-and-center” for no good reason.
I suggest there be made a blacklist so that these deceivers don’t get the attention they want.

That's something we try to do with the listings on the front page -- we maintain a black list to exclude girls who are tag stuffing. I'm considering putting together a cam page which would be an expanded/full list, minus blacklisted/screened girls for ease of browsing.

Yes, it's a big issue on Streamate as @Preggolove94 pointed out. Streamate at this point is quite bad -- it went from being a mecca for pregnant cam girls to a desert. The vast majority of performers in the pregnant category aren't pregnant.

Chaturbate is far better these days, but there are many girls who misuse the "pregnant" tag to raise their profile. I'm working on expanding our black list and coding a white list (the algorithm will check to see if the white listed girls are online, and list them first, and it will then proceed to pull profiles from the pregnant category while applying the black list).
