I do. I mostly enjoy the pushing part. I can't really explain why, I moaning or grunting and the look on the woman's face. I enjoy a twin birth as well, just the idea of a woman giving birth once and then having to do so again right away afterward is kind of hot to me. I love watching the belly tighten during contractions and raising every time she pushes.

The twin-thing is very hot indeed. Nothing gets me going harder than seeing a woman pushing out number one, hearing the baby cry and then hearing mom moaning and groaning while trying to push number two out... especially if the first caused her enough pain already Tongue
