I think this is absolutely brilliant! They pretty much nailed how guys get into the preggo fetish. I remember my days of gawking at the maternity clothing areas of department store catalogs and sales papers. I even tried to remove the bras and panties with a pencil eraser lol.

Season 2 of Big Mouth does have a pregnant character, even if it is shown only briefly during the "I love my body" song

His girlfriend (Olivia Munn) was pregnant throughout the time the season was made. Could also just be a callback to the earlier episode since they do that a lot in this show.
