Some quick tips for anyone asking their models to chug or stuff in private sessions. As you can see, I've done a fair bit of experimentation on this over the years.

- Safety is paramount! Always remind her that she can stop anytime if she doesn't feel right

- Water intoxication is often more dangerous than binging on food. Signs of water intoxication include headaches (because the brain can swell, but the skull can't, it presses against the skull and causes a headache). This is a clear indication to stop immediately. Feeling faint can also be a bad sign. My suggestion is to get them to chug it all, then either stop or puke. Don't get them to drink and drink over an extended period of time where the body can't replenish electrolytes fast enough.

- If possible try not to chug on just water. Adding some electrolytes is preferable, but rare that they have that lying around. Because they are chugging so much, they can lose electrolytes to a degree that makes it dangerous

- When they get to the limit of their stomach capacity, there is a natural tendency to feel very nauseous as the body's reflexes is to purge the water. You can ask them to stop drinking, or a faster way is to get them to chug more quickly. Yes, this sounds counter-intuitive, but a fast chug will make them vomit very quickly, and a lot of water comes out. This tends to make them feel better much faster.

- After experimenting with different combinations, I've found that the absolute belly-busters are bread and water (or anything with bread in it, like pizza, burgers). The bread tends to expand in their stomach with the water, and they get full much faster. Plus bread is cheap and usually readily available.

- You can sometimes see how full the model is getting if she is relatively slim (apart from the belly). The uterus tends to expand from the bottom, so it displaces the other organs. The stomach is right under the breastbone. As it fills up you can see the area just under her breastbone start to bulge out. Quite comical.

So apparently, Fat Queen, the model who had the friend that was pregnant with triplets, is now pregnant herself. It’s either that, or she is just trying to get more attention to herself since her friend has undoubtedly popped by now. But if she really is, then cool!
