Plot: you play as a common freelancer, who gets involved into something secret. You can find out what they did in the secret laboratory. If you think well, you will understand how this is associated with the zombie virus. The game has enough endings. Good endings have variations. And every action has an effect on them.
I will not mark game as "complete" since i want to fix some bugs, if they exist, and add user's suggestions.

The start is pretty linear. You should work at beauty salon first to get your breast large enough. Also train your ass. 

Blacksmith requires a certain level of beauty. 

Brothel need your breast and ass to get atleast 2 sizes.

Pole dancing need Fitness.
Corruption rises with sexual acts and pole dancing.

Did you thought of simply uploading your game onto a server instead of giving the users the raw files?

Hey man i love your work but if you can make the labor scene more real its would be amazing a mean if you can make a little mini game if give birth and also you can put pictures of real births i have a lot of pictures and videos i can help you to and if you can make a game were you can have multiples pregnancies not just one and if the pregnancy have variations like 2 or 3 babies and alien impregnation sound nice for a new game

Yes, I spoke sooner than I should've, I figured it out in the meantime.

Good game, more extensive than the last, nice job.
However one same pet peeve still exists, the grammar is still... not good in some cases. I know it's not your mothertongue, but still.
Looking through the images, I think some fail to load, in the sense that it never gets used. Like the smith anal ones. Maybe I just didn't progress there, but I had sex with the smith regularly pregnant/non-pregnant, but always the same three gif loaded, but I saw "smithanalP.gif" in the game files.
Another one is the mirror gif image for being pregnant. If I look into the mirror, it only shows your stats and a tit and butt picture, but never those gifs. Again, there could be another mirror in game I just haven't found, but I doubt it.

But then again, good effort, nice game, I hope you'll be able to update / add to it regularly. Well done!
