Well for most there’s still a love for the belly. I mean I also like other stuff like humans swallowing each other whole and burping and stomach noises. There’s also a tad bit of sadism associated with it. Honestly my fetishes started there because of the vore scene in MIB2….then I started looking at belly pics online and found the pregnancy community.
