In the one of the news reports it’s said that some women stuffed themselves as much as possible. Like one of em ate a whole like 3 pots of chowder to increase their size. Its a very interesting concept to be sure. I wonder what the biggest one of all time was.

I didn't watch all the videos linked, but the ones I seen looked more fat than pregnant (not that there is anything wrong with that, just not my type). I still love the concept, but it seems like a heavier chick is going to win quicker than one who is fit but very pregnant.

After looking through different articles and videos I found that this woman holds the record since 2015:
This woman had the biggest belly in 2017, despite being on the thin side compared to other winners:
