This is a thread I've been meaning to start for some time... I'm just wondering if anyone out there has managed to notably alter their belly button whilst expanding/inflating themselves? In the past there have been videos out there, both of women and men, when they are simulating in such a way, you can see their belly buttons begin to distort slightly under the pressure of their growing surroundings. Not hugely so, but subtle differences that those with a navel fetish will tell. 

I don't believe it's actually possible to pop out out completely (willing to be proven wrong!), but I'd love to know if anyone who has simulated/stuffed themselves e.t.c actually seen any distortion, shallowing or any other changes to their belly button. I've certainly never come across any pictures or videos which show a clear 'innie' becoming an 'outie' simply from simulation. I'd imagine the only way to properly achieve this would be through an actual pregnancy, where there's enough pressure from the womb within. 

Myself personally? I think the absolute most I've ever seen is perhaps an ever so slight widening, which in turn has made the bottom of it ever so slightly more visible. Certainly no shallowing that I'm aware of. Disappointing really, considering the navel is a big part of the fetish to myself. 

It's really hard to actually reach that point!

I've often wondered if there's any actual 'science' behind how far out would your belly need to stick, or how many inches would your waistline have to gain, before there's any inevitable or unavoidable distortion and shallowing to each person's belly button.

Obviously in pregnancy this is aided by outward pressure of the womb which can push it from the inside out. It would be considerably easier to achieve. 

With actual weight gain of a healthy and reasonably in-shape person though? Without that outward pressure of pregnancy? I'd love to know if it's achievable.

Anyway, I'd love to hear anyone else's thoughts on this subject.
