Eh, I don't think this is any cause for concern. Her "pregnancy journal" IG account has always been private AFAIK - she accepts pretty much anybody and everybody, still apparently does - and plenty of people privatize their "main" accounts on and off whenever for whatever reason(s).
Having learned from many previous experiences, overreacting to perceived catastrophe can often result in needless self-inflicted worry. Panicking would only be appropriate if she like, suddenly nuked her "pregnancy" account or something IMO.
