I have used both in describing my wife on occasion, especially when people ask me how I can be attracted to someone that heavily tatted. I say there is nothing more beautiful or sexy than a heavily tatted Native woman.

1. I'm not sure what the point of this poll is. The fact that we are here means we think pregnant women are beautiful and sexy.

2. When we are sick with a cold or any other type of condition that makes us feel ill we typically don't think of ourselves as being attractive. Pregnancy is in some ways like an ailment. Most women don't think of themselves as beautiful or attractive while they are pregnant because they don't feel well and their bodies are undergoing a lot of emotional and physical changes some of which produce gross elements. The only thing beautiful in their minds is the life growing inside them. Despite this, we are seeing pregnant women on social media who obviously think they are beautiful and sexy. Just look at a few Instagram/TikTok dance videos and you will find no shortage of exposed bulging bellies moving around to tunes including but not limited to the "Baby Mama Song."

Personally I don't consider 'beauty' something inherently sexual. There are plenty of beautiful things and beautiful people I have no desire to fuck. But there are plenty of beautiful people I would like to fuck as well. I think the concept of pregnancy is kind of beautiful, but as was said by someone early there are pregnant women I don't find attractive.

Pregnancy is more like an enhancer to someone I can already find attractive. Like a +50% sexiness bonus. So I guess, both beautiful and sexy but in regards of the fetish sexy is the word I'd use more often.
