Who's to say your great-great-great-grandchildren will even have a pregnancy fetish?

Maybe if the fetus could be super blurry/undetailed or something? That way we can see its form and movements and have a better understanding of what the mother is reacting to, all without any details we don't need. That would hopefully eliminate any concerns (which are legitimate -- we have to be careful).
